Our annual We Are Wylie Dinner is scheduled for Nov. 14 at the beautiful 201 Mesquite Events Center in Downtown Abilene. Don’t miss this special night with Wylie friends, featuring country music, food catered by Casa Herrera and much more. We are lining up a special performer. Check back for details.

each year in august, the wbef teams up with hendrick medical center to host a luncheon welcoming wylie’s new teachers for the upcoming school year. each new teacher is treated to lunch compliments of hendrick and presented a $100 gift card from wbef to help them get their classrooms set up and to help purchase needed classroom supplies.

A Look Back
The 2022-23 school year was another huge success for the Education Foundation. We honored Wylie teachers at our annual dinner, ran through the United Way's Lightfest during our Fun Run, and blessed teachers with more than $65,000 in grants. See pictures of the fun below.
